Garcia's Mexican Food Restaurant has been opened for over 30 years now and none of this would be possible without the act of one generous businessman. Curtis and Antonia Garcia had invested in people and relationships their whole lives and from one of their friendships birthed an opportunity to start a restaurant that would change their family's life forever. Mr. Chiu, a restaurant owner in San Marcos believed that Curtis and Antonia deserved a chance to own a restaurant where his was formerly located and so he did the unthinkable and gave them an offer they could not refuse.

   Through trial, error and the overwhelming support of their community, the Garcia family was able to establish the values of quality food, notable customer service, and exceptional cleanliness. A reputation was born.
